We did an analysis of the top 500 corporate occupiers based on their active leases across Grade A offices in India. Some of our key findings are:
– Top 20 tenants occupy 90 mn sft, Top 100 occupy 174 mn sft and Top 500 occupy 273 mn sft
– Bangalore & Hyderabad ~ 46% market share. Top 4 cities- Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune have a 75% market share.
– IT/ITeS/BFSI- 64% market share
– Some of the top occupiers include Accenture, TCS, Deloitte, IBM, Cognizant, Cisco, Amazon, Barclays, Dell, JP Morgan, Concentrix and Microsoft.
