Yes Bank is designing its upcoming facility in Chennai to encourage more collaboration among its growing millennial workforce. With the average age of employees at 30-31 years, Yes Bank claims to have one of the youngest workforce in the sector today. With that in mind, it wants to renew its focus on operations and service delivery, starting with the new facility in Chennai, where it expects millennials to form a significant portion of its employee base.
