Propstack is delighted to announce that Brandon Sedloff has joined the Board of Advisors this week.
Brandon is the Managing Director/ Head of Business Development at Juniper Square, a San Francisco-based technology company that provides fundraising, investor reporting, and investment management software to real estate managers. Brandon has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Based in San Francisco, he is an advisor to CRE // Tech Intersect, and is a mentor for NAR ReachÒ. Additionally, Brandon serves as an Executive Committee Member of ULI’s NEXT initiative which is focused on closing the leadership gap in the real estate industry.
Previously, Brandon was a Senior Vice President and had global responsibility for managing corporate relationships at the Urban Land Institute (ULI). ULI is a global non-profit real estate research and education institute with 40,000+ members in nearly 100 countries. In this role, Brandon was responsible for managing and expanding relationships between ULI and key corporate stakeholders. Additionally, Brandon started and lead the ULI initiative which focused on the intersection of technology and real estate (CRE tech) bringing together real estate owners, operators, REIT, and investors and technology companies working to evolve the real estate industry.
Before moving back to US, Brandon was Managing Director, Asia Pacific at the Urban Land Institute based in Hong Kong where he helped lead and manage ULI’s Asia Pacific platform (Singapore, Australia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Mainland China and Japan).
Prior to joining ULI, Brandon was Vice President/ Asia Practice Area at Gerson Lehrman Group (“GLG”), where he was the founder and head of GLG’s Asia Real Estate business which he established in September 2007 and lead through January 2012. At GLG, Brandon managed a Pan-Asia research team working alongside hedge funds, investment banks, private equity firms, professional services firms and corporations conducting due diligence on Asian property markets and direct and in-direct investment opportunities throughout the region.
Brandon has served as a volunteer member of ULI since 2004. He founded the ULI Young Leaders Group in Asia and was a member of the ULI North Asia Executive Committee from 2007-2012.
