Spaces, an Amsterdam-born co-working space provider, has launched its first shared-space in Cyber City, Gurgaon.
Spaces along with five other brands i.e. Regus, Signature, Open Offices, Kora and MOS are the subsidiary of IWG, a global workplace provider headquartered in Brussels.
The 30,000 sq ft of co-working space in Gurgaon has 430 seats capacity. The company expects this centre to break-even in 8-12 months. This is the 25th facility globally for Spaces. The company plans to open its next India facility in Chennai on May 1 and is likely to aggressively expand to 50 locations over the next few months.
